This policy explains how personal data is handled when you visit the website or contact the clinic through the website.
Last updated: 24 July 2026Herreklinikken, organisation number 921 548 621, is responsible for the processing described here. The clinic can be contacted at Stranden 87–89, 0250 Oslo, by telephone at +47 414 80 414 or by email at kontakt@herreklinikken.no.
When you use the contact form, the clinic receives the service selected, your name, email address or telephone number, preferred contact method, language and any optional practical message. The purpose is to answer your enquiry and follow it up.
The form is not a medical consultation channel. Do not include symptoms, diagnoses, test results or other sensitive health information. Information that becomes part of patient care is handled separately under the rules that apply to health records and healthcare providers.
The clinic processes contact details because you have asked it to respond and because it has a legitimate interest in managing enquiries. Where consent is the relevant basis, it can be withdrawn by contacting the clinic.
Limited website analytics is enabled by default. It records the page path, language, referring domain, broad device and browser category, and approximate city, region and country supplied by the hosting network. The analytics record does not store an IP address, cookie identifier or other visitor identifier.
You can turn analytics off or back on at any time through “Analytics settings” in the footer. Your choice is stored locally in your browser. Turning analytics off stops future analytics collection.
The homepage uses a limited first-party heatmap to understand which general areas receive clicks. It stores only an aggregated grid cell, device class and date. It does not collect a visitor identifier, IP address, location, form value, health information or session recording, and it does not run on authenticated pages.
Aggregated heatmap buckets are automatically deleted after 90 days. Browser privacy signals such as Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track disable this collection.
Cloudflare Turnstile is used to protect login and contact forms from misuse. Cloudflare may process technical information such as IP address, browser and device signals for this security purpose.
The interactive map is provided using Mapbox. Loading the map can cause technical information, including your IP address, to be sent to Mapbox. Booking and directions open external services only when you choose those links.
The website and API may also produce ordinary access and security logs containing technical request information. These logs are used to operate, protect and troubleshoot the service.
Contact enquiries are stored only as long as needed to respond, follow up and meet applicable legal obligations. Optional analytics and operational logs are kept only for as long as they remain necessary for their stated purposes.
Access is limited to authorised personnel and service providers that operate the website, database, security and infrastructure on the clinic’s behalf. Personal data is not sold. Information may be disclosed when required by law or to protect the service against misuse.
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability or object to processing. You may also withdraw consent without affecting processing that took place before withdrawal.
Contact the clinic to exercise a right or ask a privacy question. You may also lodge a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority.
The policy is updated when the website or its processing changes. The current revision date is shown at the top of this page.
